2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract determines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product/products, the characteristics and sales prices of which are specified below, which the Buyer ordered electronically through the www.vovokohome.com website.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The type, quantity, model, color, number, sales price and payment method of the Product/Products are as stated in the order form and this form is an integral part of this contract.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The Buyer accepts and declares that he/she has read and is aware of all the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, delivery time and return conditions of the contractual product on the www.vovokohome.com website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30 (thirty) day period.
4.3. Delivery will be made as soon as possible, depending on stock availability.
4.4. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the cargo company.
4.5. If the Buyer's credit card is used unfairly and unlawfully by unauthorized persons after the delivery of the product, and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer is obliged to return the delivered product to the Seller within 3 (three) days.
4.6. The Buyer accepts that there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made products (see article 15).
4.7. If the product is defective, the Seller is obliged to replace the product, repair it free of charge or take it back.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the Seller via e-mail or WhatsApp.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, suitable for resale, and sent in its packaging with all accessories, if any.
Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer. However, if the product is defective, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Seller.
6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

Products with personalized size, color or design, prepared in line with the buyer's special demands.

In assembled, installed or used products

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose packaging has been opened and which are not suitable for return due to hygienic reasons.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In disputes that may arise from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place where the Buyer resides are authorized, within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Trade.
8. ENFORCEMENT
By placing an order through www.vovokohome.com , the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement electronically. The Seller becomes bound by this agreement on the date the order is confirmed.
