What materials do you use in your products?
All our products feature natural logs, durable MDF laminate, electrostatically painted metal legs, and ultra-lacquered finishes. Laminox surfaces are preferred for our marble-patterned products.
Is your furniture shipped disassembled?
Yes, most of them are shipped disassembled and with all the necessary tools and instructions for easy installation.
Can I change the color or size?
If you contact us before ordering, your special production requests regarding color and size can be evaluated.

How can I place my order?
You can easily place your orders through our secure shopping platform on our website. You can also get support via our WhatsApp line.
Can I get special pricing for bulk purchases or corporate orders?
Yes. We offer special discounts and production options for bulk orders for commercial spaces like cafes, restaurants, hotels, and offices.
Can I make changes after I place my order?
You can make changes to orders that have not yet been processed. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible.
About Production
Where is your furniture produced?
All of our products are meticulously produced in our production facility in Kayseri.
Do you accept special size or design requests?
Yes, you can contact us for your special size and design requests, especially for products such as table sets and sideboards.
How long does the production time take?
Production is completed within 1-3 business days for stocked products and within 5-10 business days for custom-made products.
Delivery and Shipping
Do you charge shipping fees?
We offer free shipping to many locations in Türkiye. You will be notified of the shipping status at the time of ordering.
When will my products be shipped?
In-stock items are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. For custom-made items, the delivery time may be up to 5-10 business days.
What should I do if the product is damaged during delivery?
If you notice any damage to your product upon delivery, please make sure to file a report and contact us the same day. A replacement will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Delivery and Shipping
Can I return the product?
Yes. You can return the product you purchased within 14 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Who is responsible for the shipping costs in return transactions?
If your return is due to a defect in the product, the shipping fee is our responsibility. Otherwise, the shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.
Are returns accepted for custom-made products?
Returns are not accepted for products made with custom measurements and designs. However, if the product is defective, we guarantee a replacement.
